My thoughts on fairyhill when I think of them is they bring a smile to my face. from day 1 they were very accommodating, professional and you can see they have a love to care for everyone, always were on other end of phone day or night and the care we experienced was next to none, all the staff were courteous and went out of their way always. Feels like a home away from home. Leisha and Titus are amazing to deal with. Always wanting to make things better for everyone. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

My experience with fairy hill nursing home is very good. The staff are wonderful and Titus was always at the other end of the phone and dealt with things very professionally. I highly recommend fairly hill nursing home.

I can’t speak highly enough of Fairyhill nursing home, I live in the UK which complicated matters but I found Titus always ready to help, returned calls promptly and was a huge help in navigating the various paperwork. The staff are universally friendly and you can feel the genuine care and affection they have for their residents. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. My mum was anxious about leaving her own home but now loves Fairyhills and when I was home visiting she looked the best and happiest I have see her in ages. It’s a huge relief knowing my mum is in such caring professional hands The fact that it has only twenty beds, I really believe adds to the family feel and to the stability of elderly patients seeing the same staff and building the repore I witnessed on my visits
